2024 Bond

Thanks to Douglas County voters' passage of Initiative 5A, we can better ensure that our future students have the same opportunities for success as past students have enjoyed. The 2024 $490 Million Bond is allowing the school district to:

• Update and equip aging schools and facilities;
• Expand Career and Technical Education calssroom sapces;
• Construct new elementary schools in Lyric & Sterling Ranch;
• Expand Sierra Middle School;
• Construct Phase 2 of the Legacy Campus; and
• Enhance safety and security at every school across the district;
