Feeder School Information

Douglas County School Districts operate in a "feeder system" which is named after the high school that the students in the feeder schools will eventually attend. Legacy Point Elementary is proud and honored to be in the Ponderosa High School (PHS) feeder, along with three other Parker-area elementary schools. Students who attend LPE will attend Sagewood Middle School (SGMS) for their 6th, 7th, and 8th grade years, and then PHS for their high school years.

Feeder area principals meet regularly to ensure that all of the feeder schools are aligned in common language, high-quality instructional practices, and more! Our motto, "Every Student, Every Family, Every Day--a Community of Excellence" speaks to the dedication we have to providing a high quality, engaging, and meaningful educational experience for every student.
